If You Know You Want to Make Changes, But Not Sure Where to Begin

Over the past few weeks we’ve been looking at what it takes to accomplish just about anything. And at this time of year many of us are already thinking about 2024 and the new resolutions we want to begin.

But so much is against us when we flip the calendar at the end of the year and start on a new goal…in fact most new years resolutions are quit before January does.

We all know someone who started something and didn’t follow through. In fact most of us have done it. We start something, with great enthusiasm, only to fizzle out.

And don’t get me started about New Years Resolutions…did you know that the majority of them are abandoned before January is over?
